These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kiddozi website and services available at kiddozi.com (the "Service").
By using Kiddozi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Kiddozi is a web platform that allows users to generate highly personalised children's storybooks.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or purchase products from Kiddozi. By using the Service, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
- you are authorised to provide any personal information uploaded to the Service
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account using an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Kiddozi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
4. Orders and Payments
Kiddozi offers once-off purchases of personalised children's books. Payments are processed through PayFast. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
By placing an order you agree that payment must be completed before book generation and printing, and pricing may change without notice.
5. Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your book, you may request a full refund by contacting [support email placeholder]. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Kiddozi currently ships within South Africa. Physical books are delivered using The Courier Guy.
If a book arrives damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable period and we will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost. Delivery times may vary depending on printing and courier schedules.
7. User Content
To generate personalised books, users may upload and provide information including a child's name, photographs, descriptive information, and delivery details.
You confirm that you have the legal right to upload this content, have permission from any individuals depicted, and that the content does not infringe any rights or laws.
Users retain ownership of all uploaded content. Kiddozi stores uploaded content to enable book generation, future book creation, and customer support. Users may request deletion of uploaded content at any time.
8. Generated Content
Kiddozi generates customised stories and illustrations based on user inputs. Subject to these Terms, users own the generated books and images created through the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
Generated content may not be resold, redistributed commercially, or used to create competing products. Kiddozi does not guarantee that generated content will be unique or free from similarities to other generated content.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Kiddozi uses automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies to generate stories and illustrations. Because of the nature of AI systems, outputs may contain errors, results may vary between generations, and generated content may not perfectly match user expectations. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees regarding output accuracy or suitability.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kiddozi to:
- upload unlawful or harmful content
- upload images without proper consent
- infringe intellectual property rights
- harass or harm others
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service
- reverse engineer or scrape the platform
11. Personal Information and Data Protection
Kiddozi collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. Cookies and Analytics

We aim to keep Kiddozi available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or infrastructure outages.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiddozi and Artists and Soldiers (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or dissatisfaction with generated content. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or the Service is misused. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published on the Kiddozi website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
